Are your products made to order?
Yes! All SPARK products are made to order. This means your item is crafted specifically for you after you place your order, ensuring the best quality and minimal waste.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order is shipped.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes M, L, XL, and 2XL across most of our products. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
Shipping
Do you ship across Egypt?
Yes, we deliver all across Egypt. Shipping costs 65 EGP and is calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
After production, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and mobile wallet payments.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. However, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange in the following cases:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong size from what you ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order details, and we'll make it right.
