Returns & Exchanges Policy

All SPARK products are made to order. Due to the nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or refunds on completed orders.

However, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange in the following cases:

• The item has a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong size from what you ordered

To request a replacement or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• Your preferred resolution (replacement or exchange)

We will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
